Fall River Family Practice is a collaborative care full comprehensive medical practice providing primary care to many Nova Scotians. The clinic consists of 13 physicians, 2 family practice nurses, and an amazing team of administrative staff. We are lucky to have many visiting professionals such as psychologist, pedorthist and internal medicine specialist, who all help to provide the best care to our patients.

Have a doctors appointment? Keep it, of cancel it, but don't be a "No-Show"
In March we had 75 No Shows. In April we had 91 No Shows.
This impacts our clinic wait times and interrupts our physicians day.
To avoid no-show fees, call 902-861-2231 select option 5 and follow the instructions. The line is available 24/7.
We are committed to a safe and respectful environment for all.
Aggression, intimidation and harassment will NOT be tolerated.
Violations of this policy will result in action up to and including dismissal from the practice.

If you are having difficulty getting through on our phone lines please note our non peak hours vary from day to day and are usually between the hours of 12:30 and 1:00 pm and 2:30 and 4:45 pm.

At this time our clinic is NOT accepting new patients. If you are without a family physician please call 811 and register with the provincial wait list.

If you are registered with the provincial list you can access Virtual Care through Nova Scotia Health.

If you wish to cancel an appointment our cancellation line is 24/7 - option #5 on the main line. ANY messages left for non cancelation will not be attended. ​
